Purpose before Profits..SOIL/Slow Money

Updated: Mar 5, 2020

Shout out to Kim Werst for her work and dedication. Kim is the director for SOIL (Slow Opportunities for Investing Locally). My hopes and dreams are centered around making other humans feel good. Achieving this goal is fueled by individuals like Kim. Her dedication and drive is inspiring.

Gears & Grinds is built to serve the community with enhanced hospitality and purpose. The designed foundation is to give back to the community and exercise righteousness. SOIL is a non-profit that is devoted to fund local organic farmers with 0% interest. Organizations like SOIL bring a smile to my face. My partner and I were honored to provide the SOIL members with our services. Our espresso bar was displayed at the Lone Hawk Farm which is a beautiful estate. We truly believe in organizations like SOIL to push the movement further and provide the generations to come with a better food system. A mission so great. Thank you Kim for your contributions and inviting us to the member meet up.
